How do engagements start?

If we don't believe we can deliver on your expectations, we say so directly — before any commitment is made.

How do engagements run?

Every engagement runs on a defined rhythm. You receive weekly written status updates, scheduled check-ins via video or call based on mutual availability, and documented testing and revision cycles before anything ships. At close, we provide a structured handoff — documented systems, clean credentials, and a final briefing so nothing is a black box. You always know where things stand.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope. A website launch runs 3–6 weeks. An AI and automation buildout varies based on requirements. We scope honestly before committing to timelines — and we don't pad estimates to protect ourselves.

What happens if scope needs to change mid-engagement?

It happens — and we plan for it. Change requests outside the original scope are assessed, documented, and priced before any additional work begins. Nothing is added silently and nothing is absorbed quietly. If a change materially affects timeline or cost, you'll know before we proceed. This protects both sides and keeps engagements clean.

Do you work with our existing tools and vendors?

Yes. We assess what you have, keep what's earning its place, and replace what's creating drag. We don't mandate platforms for the sake of it, and we don't rip out working systems unnecessarily.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project wraps?

Yes, for retained clients. Ongoing management, monitoring, and optimization are available as a retainer. Project clients are handed off with documentation and a clean, maintainable system — not a black box.

How does pricing work?

Scope drives cost. We don't publish rate cards because engagements vary significantly in complexity. What we can say: we're not the cheapest option because the cheapest option often ends up being the most regrettable. We price for the value and peace of mind we bring, not the hours we log.

Do you offer phone support?

Not as a default. We operate on async communication — email, chat, and video. Phone and live support are available as a paid add-on. This keeps engagements focused and our response quality high.

How deep is your AI expertise?

Our founder was working on machine learning at Amazon/AWS long before AI became a buzzword. We deploy AI where it earns its place — and we're direct about where it doesn't. Flowave is our flagship AI-native RevOps platform, built on that same discipline. We don't chase the trend. We apply the capability.

What is Flowave?

Flowave is our purpose-built RevOps platform for growing businesses. It automates lead ingestion, client acquisition workflows, and revenue operations — without requiring an internal engineering team to run it. Available standalone or integrated into a broader engagement.

Can we meet in person if we're in the Dallas area?

Yes. We're primarily remote and async by design, but in-person meetings with our founder are available for Dallas-area clients based on scheduling. Just ask.
